Our little Wisconsin rental, which we called home for almost a week while visiting Milwaukee for work, was older, smallish, and utterly charming. It took a while for me to get used to it, but one element I appreciated multiple times each day was a floor lamp perched next to the sofa. Not only did it wash the whole room in light, but it also complemented the Craftsman style of the house.
Our Saveland Floor Lamp does the same–and in simple, handsome style. It sits on a cast aluminum block thats finished in antique brass; the stem is black wrought iron: simple, sturdy, and spare. Its topped with a tan shantung shade.
